⭐⭐⭐⭐
Rating: 4 out of 5.Atomic Habits is a book based on the premise that lasting change and the establishing of habits is the result of making small but powerful changes. This is the reason the word “atomic” is used: atoms are small but full of energy.
I am attracted to books that give advice on how to improve life and engage with strategies for change. This book has a lot of reasonable suggestions and there are somewhat usable resources available at his website that he offers throughout the book (I listened to the book so it felt like a lot of plugs and self-promotion).
A lot of good suggestions here if you are looking to reshape your life and habits.
This book makes me want to explore these books:
